Who are we?
We are a group of ordinary people who have one extraordinary thing in common – we have committed ourselves to follow Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. As a result of this amazing truth we have also committed ourselves to love and serve each other as the church family we have become through our unity with Christ. Our church family includes a diverse range of ages, ethnic backgrounds and nationalities meeting regularly to worship our great God together.
But you do not have to be a Christian or even religious to attend our meetings nor do you need to be from a specific background or have certain knowledge or experiences. We love to have visitors among us whatever your situation and you can be assured of a warm welcome.
Our Pastor
Steve Burton serves as Pastor for Dunstable Baptist Church. He became a Christian when he was 14 years old. Having served as an Evangelist with the Open-Air Mission for six years, he then trained for pastoral ministry while being employed part-time by Dunstable Baptist Church.
Since July 2020 he has been recognised as the pastor of Dunstable Baptist Church and serves full time alongside two fellow Elders and four Deacons. He also continues his involvement with Open-Air Mission as part of their management committee.
He enjoys spending time with friends and reading good books.
